Sidratul Muntaha Foundation is a charitable, non-profit, non-government, and non-political organization dedicated to education, da'wah, and total human welfare, registered with Joint Stock Companies & Firms Bangladesh.

1 Use of Our Services

By using our services, you agree that:

You will provide accurate and truthful information when making donations or registering for services.
You will not misuse the website or the organization's resources.
You will respect the mission, ethical guidelines, and memorandum of the Foundation.

                    Sidratul Muntaha Foundation reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if these conditions are violated.
                

2 Donations, Sadaqah and Zakat

All donations made to Sidratul Muntaha Foundation are voluntary contributions intended to support charitable activities and foundation projects, including:

Zakat distribution
Sadaqah and humanitarian aid
Food distribution programs
Support for orphans and Madrasa students
Community welfare initiatives
Hospital, university, Madrasah, school, and technical institutes
Community and Islamic Cultural Centre
All other Sidratul Muntaha Foundation projects

Unless specified by the donor, funds will be allocated where they are most needed.

3 Use of Funds

The Foundation commits to:

Using donations transparently and responsibly
Directing funds to charitable causes aligned with Islamic values
Maintaining internal records for financial accountability

Administrative costs will be deducted where necessary to support operational activities.

4 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, logos, and images associated with Sidratul Muntaha Foundation remain the property of the Foundation unless otherwise stated.

                    Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is prohibited without written permission.
                

5 Limitation of Liability

Sidratul Muntaha Foundation will not be liable for:

Any indirect losses from the use of our services
Technical issues related to payment platforms
Third-party service disruptions

6 Changes to Terms

Sidratul Muntaha Foundation may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
